      Cryoelectra GmbH is a German engineering company with decades of experience in the development of high-power RF systems for demanding scientific and industrial applications.

      Cryoelectra serves international customers in research, accelerator technology and advanced industrial fields with tailored solutions ranging from RF amplifiers to complete system integration. The company stands for engineering expertise, reliable performance and high-quality systems designed to meet the specific requirements of each project.

      With two fabrication sites in Germany, Cryoelectra supports both custom development and series production. The company operates dedicated facilities for solid-state amplifier (SSA) manufacturing and RF testing, handling up to 450 kW of RF power (corresponding to approximately 1.2 MW AC power) within an 800 m² production and test environment. In total, more than 2,500 m² of building space is dedicated to development and production activities.
